Durham University Chamber Choir are now accepting applications to conduct the society in the 2018-19 academic year. The choir consists of 24 of Durham’s finest choral singers and is auditioned annually. They are also expected to go on the society’s annual tour at the end of the year; previous destinations have included Budapest and Lisbon.

This is an exciting opportunity to conduct one of the Universities finest choirs. Throughout the year the choir undertake a number of masterclasses having recently worked with individuals such as Nigel Short and Eamonn Dougan. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop as a conductor whilst working with a committed and talented group of singers.
