Conductor - Thomas Brooke

This is Tom's third year in the choir. He began as a fresher, singing tenor in 2013-14, this is his first major conducting role in university music. As a choral scholar in the cathedral in his second year and currently, Tom is familiar with a wealth of sacred choral repertoire - one of his main aims is to develop his knowledge of secular works and focus upon pieces he is less likely to encounter in his other musical endeavours.
Tom is most looking forward to next term's concert in the Cathedral Chapter House where the choir will be performing Rachmaninov's All-Night Vigil in their Epiphany concert

Manager - Fiona Brindle

Fi is in her third year at Durham, studying music. She has been very excited to take over the reigns of Chamber Choir management and has found it very rewarding (if incredibly busy!) so far. Fi knows it will only get more busy as the year draws on, next term (Epiphany) she will be performing as Mercédès in Durham Opera Ensemble's production of Carmen in the Gala Theatre, just to prove that she's not just the pretty face behind the choir admin.
Fi was really looking forward to the Christmas Concert "Star of Gold" in the final weeks of last term which was a great success, now she is focussing on getting everything ready for the weeks to come!

Assistant manager - Rachel Newell

Rachel is a third year music student at Collingwood College. As Assistant Manager, Rachel is in charge of organising the international choir tour in the Summer holidays.

Publicity Secretary - Matt Asquith
